Jenifer Friel joins SLR Equipment Finance as Director of Documentation. In her new role, Jenifer will help grow SLR Equipment Finance’s documentation team and operational activity.

Matt Ross joins SLR Equipment Finance as Senior Vice President - Head of Sales. In his role, Matt will play a key role in leading the Direct Sales Team to drive growth for equipment lessors. 

Harold Amador has joined our company as a Vendor New Business Development Officer. In his role, Harold will help grow SLR Equipment Finance’s vendor platform through commercial strategy development.

Shari joined SLR Equipment Finance as Chief Risk Officer after 4 years with Nexseer where she was responsible for the oversight and management of all risk management functions. Shari has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry and 25+ years of risk and credit portfolio management experience. Shari went right into the banking world after graduating from Fairfield University receiving her BA in Economics, Philosophy and M.B.A. in Finance. By working her way up from credit underwriting to executive level credit and portfolio risk management, Shari brings sound credit adjudication experience, team management, and training experience.
