Tom joined SLR Equipment Finance as Chief Executive Officer after 16 year with De Lage Landen Financial Services where he held several different leadership positions in the risk, operations, and originations domains nationally, internationally, and globally. Tom has over 40 years experience in the financial services sector and 25 years focused on vendor finance activities. Tom broke into the financial services sector right out of college as a management trainee for a Connecticut based bank. As his career furthered into a Bank Commercial Lending Officer, he was asked by one of his customer’s to join their rapidly growing business as their controller. Gaining the customer perspective in dealing with the banks and finance companies rounded out his experiences which has aided him in evolving into a senior leader today. Tom received his BS in business administration with a minor in marketing from Quinnipiac College.
