Randy has 29 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently he was with KPS Capital Partners where he was responsible for originating control equity investments in middle market companies in need of operational and financial restructurings. Prior to KPS, he was with FirstLight Financial Corporation, a commercial finance company that focused on providing senior debt to middle market companies. Prior to FirstLight, Randy spent 14 years with GE Capital in various transaction and leadership roles based in Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, and Norwalk, CT. He also spent 2 years with US West Capital in their project finance group. Randy began his career in Boston as a financial analyst with Banc Ireland First Financial, a boutique leasing, project finance and corporate finance group. He received a BS in Finance and Investments from Babson College.
